Introduction:Location & Planning Range: this project is located in north downtown Jurong city, the northern gateway to Jurong, covering an area of about 8.4 square kilometers.
"2 axis 3 hearts": north-south and east-west axes of urban development connect the innovation core area and the R & D core area.
The planning also aims at forming the cluster of R & D sub-area, modern logistics sub-area, industry sub-area and the comprehensive sub-area, and meantime create a low-carbon exemplary area.
