Yichang International Plaza is located in Yanjiang Avenue, Wujiagang District, Yichang City, adjacent to the Yangtze River. It is a urban complex with office, business, hotel, residence and other functions.

It is composed of three super high-rise buildings and commercial podiums, covering area is about 26.7 mu (17799 square meters),  total construction area is175000 square meters; three floors underground, 50 floors above the ground, the building height ：230 meters, and a frame shear wall structure. After completion, it may refresh the tallest record of Yichang and become a landmark building of Yichang.
