Introduction: Changde Road is a north-south road in Shanghai downtown. This streetscape plan, through analysis of status of the road transport along both sides, service facilities, green space and landscape system, integrates and reconstructs the existing resources, promoting the environment along the urban landscape and improving the quality and strengthening the smooth flow of the road traffic function, improving life services to further enhance the Jingan northern residential part's vitality, and strengthening the radiation effects of nanjing West Road. Using the core of the streetscape construction, the design makes Changde Road a road features with special parkway in Jingan District.
