Introduction: The planning District starts from Lanxi highway in the north, south to Dongguan Street, Dazhong Street and Bayi Road, east to Huangzhong Road, west to Wuyi Road and Huayuan Road.

 The Planning Area is adjacent to the downtown area of Xining, near Xining City east to west development axis, the development of the city north-south axis running through it. Construction of landscape planting in this region will provide urban green public space, so that the downtown area has a more perfect function which makes it a perfect window showing modernity, humanity and the natural landscape of Xining City.
